Enter your little snookums in the ongoing photo contest, ask the online vet a question, or read up on the continuing ''zany antics'' of Paws and Claws, a talking dog and cat. The catch? You have to fill out an annoying form before you can get pricing information, and not all links are up and running.  Grade: B"

EW review: "Not every dog spends his days drinking out of the toilet and chewing up table legs. In addition to the usual fare for cats, fish, and lizards, Care-A-Lot offers a roster of supplies for show dogs, hunting dogs -- and, all right, the usual sofa slugs. The book section has plenty to make animal lovers purr, including pet encyclopedias and genetics handbooks. The site isn't much fun (no how-to articles or chat rooms here) and item descriptions are minimal, but it's jam-packed with everything the serious (and we do mean serious) pet owner could ever desire. Of course, whether you really want a dead-fowl trainer around the house is another matter.  Grade: B"
